Things to do while at Primo Pool and Palms

You will find lots of choices to make your trip Memorable!

    The Pool

So much fun just at the house with swimming, spa time, games like tiki toss and giant jenga. BBQing and just hanging out poolside or on the spacious dock.  Then there's using the tandem kayak and paddling around looking for dolphin and manatee!  Why leave!

    The Beach

The Beach is why you leave the pool.  The beach and its white sand can be accessed at the end of our street, less than a 5 mnute walk!  7 miles of beautiful white sandy beach!  Enjoy a long walk!  Or use the beach chairs provided at the house to sit and listen to the water as the tide comes and goes.  Rent beach loungers with umbrella from one of the several beach vendors.  Rent a jet ski or enjoy a view from above on one of  the parasail boats!  Beach is quite active!!

    Shopping

Several gift shops now open including the popular Tuna Skin!  H2O and Surf Style are also open for your beach needs and souveniors.   There's several large outdoor Malls in the area with great restaurant options.  And for Grocery Needs - There's a Publix mid Island and about the same distance away off Island.

    Bikes

There's a bike rental just down the street if you'd like to rent a bike and cruise around the Island!  Scooters and Golf Carts too!   Fort Myers Beach Sun-N-Fun and Quicky Bike Rentals

    Boat Rentals and Charters

Plenty to be Found!   From boat rentals at Salty Sam's, Snook Byte or Fort Myers Beach Sea and Sun to Tiki Cruises, Dolphin Cruises and Charter Fishing, there's lots of water fun options!  And let's not forget the Fort Myers Beach Pirate Cruise!

    Off the Beach

Lots of places to find!  Pirates Cove and Castle Golf are fun putt-putt courses nearby.  Or try Tiger Wood's PopStroke course.  Downtown Fort Myers always a fun stop!  Take a drive to Sun Harvest Citrus and buy seasonal fruits.  Six Mile Cypress Slough Peserve is a nice boardwalk trail with possible glimpse of the alligators in the lake.  Stop at the Manatee Park during colder months to see the Manatee as they come in to get warm.  Lover's Key State Park is open for strolls on the beautiful natural beach.  Everglades City is only about an hour drive if you want to try an airboat ride...VERY Fun!!  Love Captain Jack's on Dupont St and Make sure to grab a meal at Camellia Street Grill!

    Lots of Fun Events

Lots of fun events to look for too!  See fireworks at the 4th and New Years Eve; Shrimp Fest in March; Taste of the Beach in May; Songwriters in Fall; First Fridays in downtown Fort Myers with live music in the streets;  Many good restaurants in Fort Myers too!   Art in the Park in February is another fun time downtown Fort Myers.  There's the Off Shore Boat Races in October and American Sand Sculptures in November.  And so many more fun events!  Check the Chamber for local events.
